Mentoring

I don't believe in giving ready-made answers. I believe in asking the right question, listening properly, offering what I have seen myself, and walking alongside someone while they work it out.

Usually literally walking. In the woods, side by side. People think differently when they are moving, and it is easier to say a hard thing when you are not looking at each other.

The conversations get honest faster than they would across a desk. Mostly young leaders, in different sectors and at different stages, often about the thing they have not said out loud to anyone yet.
